The KASK Valegro helmet , used in particular by Chris Froome and Mikel Landa on the roads of the TdF 2017, was developed with the riders of Team Sky to offer them the most comfortable model for mountain stages. This Valegro helmet is even lighter than the Protone and weighs only 180 grams!

Its shell has a unique HyVent design with no less than 37 openings to optimize air circulation inside and limit the heat under the helmet during long climbs.

The shell of the KASK Valegro still remains solid thanks to its In-Mold design, which fuses the rigid polycarbonate outer shell directly to the thickness of the expanded polystyrene to effectively absorb potential impacts.
