Integrated Airframe
The front padding of the inside minimizes the sweating process inside the helmet, improving air circulation and preventing unpleasant odors.

EPS In-Mold Construction
This in-mold technology allows the outer polycarbonate shell to be molded directly with expandable polystyrene (EPS) during the injection phase of the shock-absorbing foam. The result is a much stiffer structure that is impact resistant, extremely lightweight and allows for a better ventilation system. The combined action of the EPS structure, the polycarbonate cap and the exoskeleton creates resistance to the mechanical action exerted by an impact and distributes the energy to prevent it from being transferred to the head of the person wearing the helmet.

Rotational Impact Test
At Rudy Project they are committed to develop products aiming to the highest level of safety, exceeding the current requirements set by international Standards, such as the CE or CPSC norms. Today more than ever their goal is to go even further by overpassing also the RP ROTATIONAL IMPACT TEST. The RP ROTATIONAL IMPACT TEST is an internal protocol adopted by Rudy Project, in cooperation with accredited and notified bodies, to test and measure the performance of the helmets against rotational impacts.
